Swan Lake Event Center is a versatile, multi-building venue nestled on 20 wooded acres in Powell, Ohio. The six-building campus includes the grand Main Hall that overlooks the tranquil lake surrounded by natural woodland, as well as the Willow and Maple Parlor for nearby additional space. Together, they create an exceptionally scenic venue that welcomes guests with its own special charm.
The Main Hall is our largest building, and perfect for guest counts 50-300. It has an attached, partially covered terrace overlooking the lake creating an exceptionally scenic indoor/outdoor feel for your event. Customizable lighting, a beautiful fireplace, tables and chairs, 120″ LCD Screen + Projector, WiFi and extensive parking are just a few of the details included in your Main Hall Package. The perfect setting for your next holiday party, gala, retirement party, and more!
Near the Main Hall we have the Willow and Maple Parlors, more appropriate for gust counts 10-50. These spaces can be used on their own or in conjunction with a Main Hall rental. Ideal for smaller gatherings or a meeting, retreat, class, etc.
