Elegant, classic, and extremely versatile, Swan Lake Event Center will accommodate virtually any type of event with grace and style. With an abundance of natural light, both indoor and outdoor spaces, our multi-building venue is designed to be right-sized for all, from large wedding receptions or class reunions to small group professional workshops and retreats. Depending on your vision, we can accommodate up to 300 guests.

All Swan Lake buildings are architecturally pleasing and finished on the exterior with the same stone and matching sidings – a perfect fit with the surrounding lake and woodland. Let us help you use our spaces to create an event that is distinctive, memorable, and enjoyed by each and every guest!

MAKE A GRAND ENTRANCE

The Gatehouse

The Gatehouse serves as the formal entry to the Swan Lake property and is available for overnight accommodations. After passing through the entryway gates, guests approach a beautifully landscaped circular drive guest drop-off directly in front of the Main Building complex. The entry road also provides access to the spacious parking lot.

CELEBRATE IN STYLE

The Main Hall

The 6,400 s.f. Main Hall is our grandest space, sized to accommodate up to 300-315 guests, cocktail style or 250-275 for a seated meal. Featuring a cathedral barrel-vaulted ceiling, mezzanine balcony overlooking the main floor, built-in bar, abundant natural light as well as customizable lighting, charming fireplace, and glass doors that open onto the partially covered terrace!

CELEBRATE IN STYLE

The Terrace

Perfect for those indoor/outdoor celebrations, The Terrace is accessible through five double exterior folding glass doors off the back of the Main Hall or pathways around the side of the building to the Courtyard. It is partially-covered and overlooks our exquisite 3-acre lake and the wooded backdrop of the surrounding acreage. Seen from the terrace is also a full trail encircling the lake, a fountain with customizable light and spectacular views of the sunset. This Terrace also features overhead bistro lighting, a firepit and is able to be enclosed with heaters in the cooler months.

PREPARE FOR EXCELLENCE

Willow Parlor

The Willow Parlor is detached and sits just to the left of the Main Hall. Designed to serve as wedding party suites, classrooms, retreat breakouts or workshop spaces, or smaller event spaces such as bridal/baby shower, birthday party etc. Bright white and natural light, two family-sized private restrooms, kitchenette, and the option of lounge seating or tables/chairs. A capacity of up to 40-45 guests depending on setup, it can also be divided in half to accommodate even smaller groups or additional breakout spaces on weekdays.

PREPARE FOR EXCELLENCE

Maple Parlor

The Maple Parlor is detached and sits just to the right of the Main Hall. Designed to serve as wedding party suites, classrooms, retreat breakouts or workshop spaces, or smaller event spaces such as bridal/baby shower, birthday party etc. Very similar to the Willow Parlor, with a more neutral color palette, one salon sink and a ping pong table.

A capacity of up to 40-45 guests depending on setup, it can also be divided in half to accommodate even smaller groups or additional breakout spaces on weekdays.
