Swan Lake Event Center offers a variety of base investment estimates that take into account the season, day of the week, the number of guests, types of beverages you’ll provide and more. Based on these factors, our investment calculator provides a general cost estimate for your event.
Please keep in mind that your estimate may fluctuate depending on other arranged services, and does not include catering, service charge, taxes or additional fees. Minimums for our events are as follows:
$9,000 minimum applies to Friday events May-October
$12,500 minimum applies to Saturday events May-October
